Maltby Property Consultants is an established surveying practice specialising predominantly within the insurance sector and housing development.

The company is headed by Managing Director Bill Perratt who is a well established name in the insurance and civils sector. Bill created and managed the expansion and eventual sale of the MPC Northern Group, with whom he still has close connections. Bill has worked for many national companies throughout his career, and acted for a wide range of private estate and commercial clients across country as have all of the surveying staff.

Based in the former mining town of Maltby near Sheffield, the company is strategically located close to the M18, M1 A1 & M180, providing excellent accessibility for serving clients wherever they may be located in the country.
